We have full-fledged teams to carry out each of the activities, we undertake. With the help of advanced software and designing tools, we carry out designing of treatment processes suited for each customer. We believe that no two customers are alike. We design treatment process for each of them on individual basis. Our design Engineering Dept. also designs equipment and plants, which we are manufacture in our production shops, after the customer places orders for his requirement.
We have two manufacturing facilities one located at Noida and the other at Greater Noida in U.P. State of India near New Delhi. At these production shops, we manufacture equipment and plants for Waste Water and Water Treatment. We manufacture containerized plants, Packaged Plants, Equipment and Systems for application in Waste Water and Water Treatment. Total operational manufacturing space available is 14,000 square feet. Apart from these, we have a standby facility of 10,000 square feet , which could be made operational when required, at Sitarganj in Uttarakhand state of India. Thus we are well equipped with necessary infrastructure to carry out production of plants, equipment and systems within the time frame and of the highest quality standard demanded by our esteemed clients.
Our design, production and project teams consist of highly experienced people from Waste Water and Water Treatment fields.
Our design team has experience on various designing software and tools related to designing of treatment processes in the fields of waste water and water treatment. They have experience in designing plant layout, P&ID, Hydraulics, electrical SLD, GA drawings of equipment and systems and manufacturing drawings of plants, equipment and systems to be manufactured in our production shops. Generally, we attempt to provide virtual solution to our serious clients before we give them actual solutions.
By virtue of advanced tools and techniques, we are able to design our plants, equipment and systems to the most optimum extent. We are able to calculate loads and stress analysis, capacity calculations, structural strength analysis and other design calculations as are necessary to design our plants, equipment and systems in a way that will make our plants, equipment and systems offer our clients best value for money.
Each of our Production Engineers and technicians has more than 5 years experience in production of Mechanical and Electrical equipment and systems. They are well experienced with the design features, application parameters and production techniques. All this adds great value to our production. Our plants, equipment and systems are designed and manufactured to give our customers, the best value for money. Our personnel have more than 25 years of experience of manufacturing plants, equipment and systems in the field of Waste Water and Water Treatment.
Our project teams are headed by experienced personnel. The entire group is headed by a person having 25 years of experience in the field. He is supported by more than ten persons, who are well experienced and trained in their jobs. Each of them have installed and commissioned not less than 10 plants. They have been trained to pursue installation techniques that enables clients to get their jobs completed in the lowest time with the least starting time frame. They have also considerable experience in attending to occasional teething troubles and start up problems of individual equipment and assemblies.
We have performance assessment teams consisting of experienced engineers that vist various installations and compile useful data of our plants, equipment and systems performance.
